Abstract

The invention discloses a satellite communication system link adaptive-step-size power controlling method. The power controlling is changed by regulating a step size which is regulated by estimating channel and power controlling history based on a Kalman filter, and influences which are brought by deep fading and fast fading in a channel are eliminated. According to the method, a ground control center is introduced in a satellite communication system, current channel fading is estimated by using the Kalman filter, power magnification of the next moment is calculated according to a history power controlling and regulating instruction, and interferences such as an ambient environment can be rapidly sensed, so that the aim of adaptively controlling power to resist the interferences is fulfilled. The satellite communication system at least comprises a geostationary satellite, an earth station and the ground control center, wherein a signal carrier is transmitted between the earth station and the geostationary satellite; and one ground control center manages a plurality of neighboring earth stations, and transmits a power controlling instruction to the earth stations, and the influences which are brought by satellite-ground link deep fading and fast fading in a satellite access network are eliminated.
