The left flange and the inner ring are connected to be the left rotating member through a screw; and the right flange and the outer ring are connected to be the right rotating member through a screw. By modifying the nitrogen purging route, and axially arranging the nitrogen inlet and the nitrogen outlet, the pipelines are more close to the LNG pipeline; the nitrogen pipelines are always located at the inner side, not easy to collide so as to avoid the damage when being operated.
