The method comprises the following steps of: determining required resources of at least one intermediate layer according to an operation scale in the parallel computation; and transferring the operation global task information to the resources of each intermediate layer in a one-to-many mode by an operation master controller, and transferring the operation global task information to computing nodes through the resources of each intermediate layer, wherein the quantity of the intermediate layers is smaller than that of the computing nodes. By adoption of the method, the transferring time of the operation global task information is shortened, the starting efficiency of large-scale operation is improved, and network pressure is effectively relieved.
