Abstract

The invention relates to a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) reinforcer which comprises the following components: 35-55% of vegetable fatty acid, 12-22% of pentaerythritol, 5-7% of butadiene, 4-8% of vinyl acetate, 1-5% of glacial acetic acid, 5-9% of methacrylic acid and 2-5% of interfacial reinforcer. The interfacial reinforcer is one or more of titanate coupling agent, silane coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent. The content of the interfacial reinforcer is 4%. The PVC reinforcer provided by the invention is free of other toxic substances, and thus, is harmless to the human body. The components are transparent, and thus, the transparency of the finished product is enhanced after adding the reinforcer. The polymerization temperature is lowered, thereby lowering the production cost and enhancing the economic benefit of the user. The reinforcement effect of the PVC reinforcer provided by the invention is 80% or so of the reinforcer in the prior art.
