The translation platform system comprises a foreground page subsystem (10), a database middleware (20) and a background subsystem (30); the foreground page subsystem (10) responds to an operation instruction of a user and feedbacks an operation result to the user; the database middleware (20) saves various data and responds to data access of the foreground page subsystem (10) and the background subsystem (30); the background subsystem (30) extracts translation contents in a document to be translated, then checks whether the extraction operation is finished or not, and checks integrity of a translation result, and then the translation result is imported into the document to be translated to form the translated document. The invention also discloses the implementation method for the translation platform system. The translation platform system and the implementation method thereof can reduce complexity of a whole translation process, speed up the whole translation process, avoid a leakage risk of cores or resources of software products and meanwhile reduce the workload of translation to a certain extent.
