An irreversible aromatase inhibitor ATD (1,4,6-androstatriene-3,1,7-dione) is intraperitoneally injected in the rat for more than 21 days (the longer the time is, the better the effect is, the model is constructed successfully within 21 days generally), and thus the depression animal model is obtained. The rat is a conventional SD (Sprague Dawley) rat for animal experiments, and the dosage of the ATD is 40mg / kg, and the ATD is dissolved in propylene glycol.
