The safety reversing protection execution system also comprises a controller, an automatic brake mechanism and a spontaneous out-of-gear actuator, wherein the controller performs signal exchanging with the radar monitoring device; the automatic brake mechanism and the spontaneous out-of-gear actuator are mutually connected with the controller; the automatic brake mechanism and the spontaneous out-of-gear actuator respectively comprise an electromagnetic contactor and a contact connecting rod mutually attracted with an armature of the electromagnetic contactor; the contact connecting rod of the automatic brake mechanism is connected with a brake pedal; and the contact connecting rod of the spontaneous out-of-gear actuator is contacted with a vehicle in-gear operating lever.
