Abstract

The invention discloses a high-pressure high-flow quick response valve body assembly of a two-position two-way valve and belongs to a valve body assembly in a fluid control system. The valve body assembly comprises an inner valve core, a valve bush, a first stop block, a second stop block, a valve side shell and the like. The first stop block is nested into the inner valve core; the inner valve core and the second stop block are respectively nested into the valve bush from the left end and the right end; and the valve bush is nested into the valve side shell. Moving parts, i.e. the inner valve core and the valve bush, in the valve body assembly are respectively of a fluid pressure balance structure, and thus, the motion of the valve body assembly is not influenced by the pressure of controlled fluid and can be used for controlling high-pressure fluid. During a changeover process, the inner valve core and the valve bush do a synchronous reverse motion, and therefore, the response time of the valve body is shortened, the total travel of the valve body is increased, and the contradiction between shortening the response time and increasing the armature travel of a traditional valve body simultaneously is eliminated.
