Problems solved by technology

In some cases, it is necessary for the sliding switch to simultaneously connect three pairs of contacts to connect the three circuits, and the existing sliding switching device needs to redesign the circuit to achieve this
[0005] At the same time, the connection between the slider and the contact point of the circuit board in the existing sliding switching device is point contact, which is prone to poor contact, and because the contact area between the slider and the contact point is small, the contact resistance increases, especially When controlling large currents, the slide switch generates severe heat, which affects the reliability of the thermostat controller

Embodiment Construction

[0031] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the invention, the specific implementation of the present invention is now described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the same first two numbers in each figure indicate parts with the same function, the same structure or similar. Herein, "a" not only means "only one", but also means "more than one". "Contact" includes not only "direct contact" but also "indirect contact".

[0032] figure 1 It is a structural schematic diagram of an exemplary embodiment of a circuit sliding switching device. As shown in the figure, the circuit sliding switching device includes a base 30, a slider 10 arranged in the base 30, and arranged in two rows (see figure 2 ) of several pins 20 (only 5 are schematically drawn in the figure), the slider 10 can slide in the sliding direction G as shown in the figure defined by the two rows of pins 20 .

Abstract

A slider switch and a thermostat controller using the same are provided. The switch comprises a base (30), a slider (10), several pins (20) arranged in two rows, and a contact element (12) for electrically connecting a pair of neighboring pins in the same row. A first elastic element (34) and a contact sheet (32) are provided along the glide direction. One end of the first elastic element is connected with the base, the other end of the first elastic element is connected with the contact sheet, and one end surface of the slider adjacent to the contact sheet can be pressed against the contact sheet from a direction opposite to the first elastic element. When each of the contact elements is in contact with a pair of the pins closest to the contact sheet, the contact sheet is separate from the two pins closest to the contact sheet with the pressure from the slider; and when each of the contact elements is in contact with other pins of pins other than those closest to the contact sheet, the contact sheet is pressed against the two pins closest to the contact sheet by the first elastic element. The slider switch can be used for fan control in the thermostat controller as well as occasions requiring switch and connection among multiple circuits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a circuit sliding switching device, in particular to a circuit sliding switching device capable of turning on and off a fan and adjusting and controlling the wind speed in a thermostat. [0002] The invention also relates to a thermostat controller using the circuit slide switching device of the invention. Background technique [0003] In various speed controllers, the circuit sliding switching device can realize the switching between different functional circuit gears, but sometimes due to the need to control many objects at the same time, several switching devices can be used at the same time to complete the control task. For example, the control of the existing thermostat to its fan is accomplished by two sliding switching devices, wherein one sliding switching device controls the opening and closing of the fan, and the other sliding switching device is used to control the wind speed of the fan. The devices are all arranged...
