Abstract

According to the invention, a three-dimensional numerical model of deep foundation pit excavation deformation stability in a construction area is established on the basis of the physical and mechanical parameters of deep foundation pit rock soil, hydrological engineering geologic conditions of deep foundation pit regions and FLAC3D technology, and a three-dimensional visual safety pre-warning platform of deep foundation pit stability is built based on VTK business software systems. The real-time monitoring data of horizontal displacement of guard piles, horizontal displacement of crown girders and bump deformation at the bottom of foundation pits are collected through a full-section laser scanner and transferred to a remote monitoring and data processing host machine. The three-dimensional numerical model of deep foundation pit excavation deformation stability performs model parameter correction by use of the data of initial digit groups and compares the subsequent measured data with the model parameter threshold values, and the three-dimensional visual safety pre-warning platform of deep foundation pit stability shows the comparison results and provides pre-warning of safety levels of the over-warning parameters. All the pre-warning messages are sent to mobile phones of relevant personnel and also fed back to audible and visual alarms which are mounted on the working plane of the construction area to give sound and light alarms.
