Abstract

The invention relates to a shaped controlling signal in a near field communication (NFC) device, which works in a tag emulator mode and includes a controller used to output a control signal to control operation of a transistor, a waveform shaper used to shape the control signal and to generate a shaped signal by increasing a rise time and a fall time of the control signal, and the transistor used to receive the shaped signal and to output a switching waveform to drive an antenna of the NFC device.
