According to the voltage conversion circuit and the use method thereof, the area of a circuit board is saved, power consumption of the circuit is reduced, the duty factor of a pulse signal is reduced and the work range of a voltage converter is widened. The voltage conversion circuit disclosed by the invention comprises a control switch, an LC (Liquid Crystal) circuit, a voltage error amplification signal output module, a phase shift module, a logic module and a signal source; the phase shift module is used for carrying out phase delay on a signal outputted by the signal source to obtain a signal subjected to phase delay according to a voltage error amplification signal outputted by the voltage error amplification signal output module; the logic module is used for logically operating the signal which is outputted by the phase shift module and is delayed and the signal outputted by the signal source to obtain a pulse signal with an expected duty factor and controlling charging or discharging of the LC circuit by the control switch; and the signal source is used for outputting homologous signals to the phase shift module and the logic module.
