The disclosed hot-forming device for a heat-resistant container uses an existing molding device and can manufacture PET-resin heat-resistant containers comparatively inexpensively. Said hot-forming device is provided with: a loading unit (210) that loads an initial blow-molded article (30) onto a conveyance means (250), which is provided so as to be able to move in a straight line, by raising a table (211), fitting a positioning pin into a neck opening in the initial blow-molded article (30), and using a gripping means to grip the exterior of the neck; a heat-treatment unit (220) that hot-forms the initial blow-molded article (30) into an intermediate molded article; a final blow-molding unit (230) that performs final blow-molding on the intermediate molded article, yielding a heat-resistant container (10) having a prescribed shape; and a collection unit (240) that collects the heat-resistant container (10), removing same from the conveyance means (250).
