Abstract

The invention provides an autoclave control system based on a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The autoclave control system comprises a PLC controller, wherein a communication module of the PLC controller is connected with an over-temperature and overpressure alarm through an ET200M distributed type IO (Input / Output) interface; the PLC controller is connected with a power supply; one of the two PLC controllers acts as a master and the other one acts as a slave; the master PLC controller executes control programs and controls corresponding communication modules; meanwhile, data needing redundant backup are sent to the slave PLC controllers constantly; and the slave PLC controller is at a hot standby state, i.e. the slave PLC controller only receives data but not runs control programs, and simultaneously judges an operation state of the slave PLC controller. Once the master PLC controller stops working or faults happen to communication links, the slave PLC controller takes over the system control right immediately; meanwhile the master and slave positions are exchanged; and the autoclave control system has the characteristics of high automation degree and high control precision.
