A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to have excellent impact resistance and low luster, thereby being suitably usable for molded products of various electric and electronic components, vehicle components, general articles, etc. A polycarbonate resin composition comprises 40-80 weight% of polycarbonate resin, 10-50 weight% of a first rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer containing a first rubber of which the average diameter is 6-20 microns, and the span is 0.8-2.8, and 1-10 weight% of a second rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer containing a second rubber of which average diameter is 0.1-0.5 microns. The first rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer comprises a copolymer in which 70-97 weight% of the vinyl-based polymer is grafted to 3-30 weight% of the first rubber.
