According to the vacuum negative pressure method, the blood water in the fresh bones is removed under a condition of the conversion between the positive pressure of an extraction tank and the negative pressure of a buffering tank. The process specifically comprises the following steps of: connecting the buffering tank between the extraction tank and a vacuum pump, and under the condition of the positive pressure of the extraction tank and the vacuum negative pressure of the buffering tank, when the instrument of the extraction tank displays that the temperature is 20-60 DEG C, opening a valve between the extraction tank and the buffering tank, and pumping the melted blood water in the buffering tank; and repeatedly raising and relieving pressure in this way, so as to drain the blood water contained in the bones with the pressure before blood water is solidified at a temperature below 60 DEG C.
