Embodiment 1

[0031] Such as figure 1 As shown, the smart card is an embedded non-contact smart card, which includes a card base 11 made of insulating material and a data processing module encapsulated in the card base 11 . The data processing module includes one or more contactless chips 12 and an inductive antenna 13 circuit-connected with each contactless chip 12 .

[0032] After the non-contact chip 12 is circuit-connected with the induction antenna 13 provided with several turns around it, it can be directly molded and packaged in the insulating card base 11, or can be molded and packaged in an independent module of insulating material. Then the embedded module is embedded into the card base 11 .

[0033] Cooperate see figure 2 , Figure 4 As shown, in the present invention, any side of the card base 11 is covered with a shielding layer 14 made of anti-electromagnetic interference material. The preferred anti-electromagnetic interference material is Ni-Znferrite (nickel-zinc) ferr...

Embodiment 2

[0043] It is different from completely encapsulating a new smart card in the above-mentioned embodiment. In this embodiment, the smart card directly adopts a commercially available ready-made smart card, in which a data processing module with corresponding functions has been set, and it is only necessary to paste a correspondingly shaped nickel-zinc-ferrite on the surface of the card substrate 11 of the ready-made smart card. The body material shielding layer 14 can greatly simplify the production operation and save the manufacturing cost.

[0044] This embodiment is also suitable for recycling and reusing old smart cards. For example, the surface of the card substrate 11 of the recycled smart card (avoiding the data processing module) can be ground or trimmed to adjust its size and shape or remove damaged parts. Afterwards, the shielding layer 14 of a corresponding shape is covered on one side of the trimmed smart card, so that the old smart card can also have the effect of a...

Embodiment 3

[0047] The smart card part in this embodiment can use the newly packaged smart card described in Embodiment 1, or the ready-made or recycled smart card described in Embodiment 2. And as Figure 5 As shown, the difference is that in this embodiment, after the smart card is embedded in the inlay hole 21 of the mobile phone protective case 20, the inner surface of the mobile phone protective case 20 is covered with a shielding layer of nickel-zinc ferrite material. 14, thereby isolating the internal components of the mobile phone from the embedded smart card part.

[0048] The shielding layer 14 may be equal to or slightly larger than the shape and size of the inlay hole 21 and the smart card therein, and is used as a cover plate to shield the opening of the inlay hole 21 and the smart card therein. Or, the shielding layer 14 can also be much larger than the shape and size of the inlay hole 21 and the smart card therein, for example, the shielding layer 14 matches the shape and ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile phone protection shell and a method for integrating an anti-electromagnetic interference smart card in the mobile phone protection shell. The smart card comprises one or more non-contact chips encapsulated in insulating material, and an induction antenna in corresponding circuit connection with each non-contact chip. An externally matched read-write device carries out data exchanging with the non-contact chip through radio frequency identification. An anti-electromagnetic interference shielding layer which is matched in shape and size is arranged on any one of the surfaces of the smart card, and therefore limitations of applying environments of a traditional smart card can be broken through. The non-contact smart card is applied to a complicate electromagnetic wave interference environment, and therefore electromagnetic interference resistance, sensitivity, reading-writing distance of data and other performance of an existing smart card are enhanced substantially. Further, the anti-electromagnetic interference smart card is integrated into the mobile phone protection shell, and the anti-electromagnetic interference smart card is convenient to carry and is in accordance with using habits of a smart card user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of smart cards, in particular to a mobile phone protective case and a method for integrating an anti-electromagnetic interference smart card therein. Background technique [0002] Contactless smart cards have been widely used in various fields such as urban transportation, finance, social security, payment, information storage and identification. [0003] In order to make life more convenient and faster, people are eager to combine various contactless payment smart cards with hand-held digital phones or other hand-held portable devices. However, the existing common non-contact smart cards do not have the conditions to be used in the complex electromagnetic wave interference environment in the field of high frequency and weak current after being integrated with modern digital electrical equipment. The reason is that the higher the signal frequency, the easier it is to radiate out, and the general signal lines have no ...
