A low-steam-content gas humidity precise control device belongs to the field of experimental devices and comprises a flow meter, a humidity automatic control instrument, a humidity pre-stabilized module and a humidity control module. The humidity pre-stabilized module is composed of a heating sleeve, a pre-humidifying chamber, sponge fillers, a partition plate and a water injecting port. The humidity control module is composed of a primary humidity control chamber, a secondary humidity control chamber and a water discharging port. By combining technologies of heating of a resistor and temperature controlling and drying of a semi-conductor refrigeration plate, automation of humidity control of the low-water-content gas is achieved, saturated steam with controllable content can be generated, supply of water-containing gas with the humidity in a large range under a laboratory condition can be achieved, and a simple and convenient way for controlling water content in reaction gas is provided for researchers. The humidity range of the gas is controlled to be a low-water-content range, namely between 0.15 grams of water per cubic meter of gas and 20 grams of water per cubic meter of gas.
