The invention discloses a floating splicable fish reef coating structure which comprises a floating box with transverse connecting columns, wherein connecting vertical columns are arranged in arrays on the lower side of the floating box; the connecting vertical columns are connected with proliferation plates in a penetration way; convex columns are densely distributed on the upper surfaces of the proliferation plates; phenolic resin layers are arranged on the upper surfaces of the proliferation plates; blind holes are uniformly distributed in the phenolic resin layers; agar layers are also arranged on the phenolic resin layers; and a dense net sandwich layer is arranged in the middle of each agar layer. Therefore, the floating splicable fish reef coating structure has the advantages of stability for laying, wind wave resistance, good algae attachment effect, high proliferation efficiency, capability of adjusting the species density of a proliferation population, quickness for splicing and assembling, and low possibility of oxygen deficit.
