The structure comprises head clamps, tail clamps, a head clamp mechanical arm, a tail clamp mechanical arm, a head clamp sensor, a tail clamp sensor, a roller, a plate loading appliance, a head compression roller and a tail compression roller, wherein T-shaped grooves are formed in the surface of the roller and sleeved with the head clamps and the tail clamps in a sliding way, the plate loading appliance is in a fixed structure, and the head compression roller and the tail compression roller can swing around a public rotation centre. The core of the structure is the head clamps which are movable relative to the roller, and the fixed plate loading appliance. According to the structural combination disclosed by the invention, on one hand, the structure is simplified, the head clamps are not complex and the same as the tail clamps basically, and the fixed plate loading appliance is far simpler than a swinging plate support appliance; on the other hand, a simple plate material movement process is caused, and when the plate is uploaded, the plate material can directly move to a connection direction from the roller without need of swinging by the plate loading appliance and a reversion movement.
