Example Embodiment

[0016] Next, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0017] figure 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the charging system 20 including the charging control device 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the charging system 20 includes a charging control device 10 , a power supply unit 201 , contactors 202 , 203 , and 204 , and measurement units 205 , 206 , and 207 .

[0018] The power supply unit 201 is connected to the electric vehicles 208, 209, 210 via the contactors 202, 203, 204 constituted by switches in order to charge the electric vehicles 208, 209, 210 by supplying power thereto. Measuring units 205, 206, 207 are associated with the contactors 202, 203, 204, respectively, in order to measure the respective state of charge of the electric vehicles 208, 209, 210 connected to the contactors.

Abstract

A charge control apparatus (10), which controls charging of a plurality of electric vehicles (208, 209, 210), is provided with: a charge determining unit (305), which determines whether the charge states of the electric vehicles (208, 209, 210) connected to the charge determining unit via contactors (202, 203, 204) satisfy predetermined conditions or not, and which determines to charge an electric vehicle meeting the conditions, in the case where the conditions are met, and when the conditions are not met, which determines to interrupt charging of an electric vehicle not meeting the conditions, and to charge other electric vehicles; and a contactor control unit (302), which controls the contactors (202, 203, 204) on the basis of the determination made by the charge determining unit (305).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a charging control device, a charging control method and a program for electric vehicles. Background technique [0002] In recent years, electric vehicles (EVs) have become increasingly popular, and thus it is foreseeable that a large number of EVs may be charged using a limited number of chargers in the future. Under such circumstances, the simplest charging method is to repeatedly charge one EV at a time, terminate charging when the EV is fully charged or charged to a predetermined termination charging capacity, and then start charging the next EV. Charge, wait. However, with this method, charging of an EV entering the charging queue later will not start until all EVs entering the charging queue earlier have been fully charged, so the EV must wait for a long time. [0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a vehicle power supply system including a plurality of batteries and a generator generating electric power for chargi...
