Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic sensor switch for water shortage and excess temperature of a water cooled engine. The automatic sensor switch comprises a shell, a gasket, a force transmission unit and a circuit board, wherein the housing includes a chamber containing expanding gas; the gasket seals the chamber; the force transmission unit extends towards the direction of a central section of the gasket from inside of the housing; the circuit board is provided with a first wiring terminal, a second wiring terminal and a third wiring terminal; a pressure sensing element capable of automatically resetting is fixed on the third wiring terminal, and is arranged above the force transmission unit; and the pressure sensing unit is oppressed by the force transmission unit, so that the second wiring terminal and the third wiring terminal, and the first wiring terminal and the third wiring terminal are sequentially communicated. By adopting the automatic sensor switch disclosed by the invention, the temperature of the engine is controlled by using the heat of the engine, namely periodical temperature monitoring is carried out on the water cooled engine by using the principles that the temperature ascends and the gas pressure increases. The automatic sensor switch is simple in structure and principle, and accurate to monitor; and the fault caused by water shortage and excess temperature of the water cooled engine is greatly reduced.
