A spring tension tester belongs to the measurement technology field. The tester comprises a workbench, a spring fixing device, a sensor, a signal amplification circuit, a microprocessor and a digital display screen. The spring fixing device is fixed on the workbench. The sensor is located on the spring fixing device. A signal output terminal of the sensor is connected with an input terminal of the signal amplification circuit. The output terminal of the signal amplification circuit is connected with the output terminal of the microprocessor. The output terminal of the microprocessor is connected with the input terminal of the display screen. When the tester works, the spring fixing device is used to fix the spring on the workbench. The sensor detects deformation of the spring fixing device so as to obtain simulation signal output.
