Abstract

The invention provides a secondary forming machine of an all-steel truck radial tire, and is adapted to a secondary forming process. The forming machine comprises a forming machine and a setting machine which are fixedly arranged back to back. a belt layer laminating machine is arranged at one side of the setting machine on the same axis. A carcass laminating machine is arranged to be parallel to other main machines. A carcass transferring ring, a green tire transferring ring, and a belt layer transferring ring are hoisted to walk along two dimensional directions of an axial direction and a radial direction of overhead rails on the horizontal plane. The three sets of transferring rings move along the same set of linear rails in the radial direction. The belt layer laminating machine and the carcass laminating machine can move along the linear rails on the ground to transfer carcass components to the transferring rings. Feeding racks of each part are arranged to be vertical to the main machines. The beneficial effects of the forming machine are that the forming quality of an all-steel truck radial tire is raised and the return and claim rate is reduced. The problem of transferring of carcass components among each main machine is solved by three transferring rings which can be hoisted to walk along two dimensional directions of an axial direction and a radial direction of overhead rails.
