Abstract

The invention discloses an application of oxidized resveratrol for preparing tumor treatment drugs. Extracorporeal cell experiments indicate that the oxidized resveratrol has good growth inhibition effects on seven human source tumor cell strains including human leukemia cells K562, human ovarian carcinoma cells SK-OV-3, human breast cancer cells MCF-7, human hepatoma carcinoma cells SMMC-7721, human lung cancer cells A549, human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells HNE-1 and human colon cancer cells SW480; the IC50 value of the oxidized resveratrol within 48 hours is between 0.047mM and 0.277mM; the growth inhibition effects on the human hepatoma carcinoma cells SMMC-7721, the human ovarian carcinoma cells SK-OV-3 and the human breast cancer cells MCF-7 are particularly obvious. Animal experiments indicate that the oxidized resveratrol has obvious inhibition effects on the growth of mouse transplanted tumor S180 sarcoma and mouse transplanted tumor H22 liver cancer, and is low in toxic and side effect.
