The patterned transparent conductive film comprises a substrate, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer; the first conductive layer includes a first conductive region and a first insulating region; the second conductive layer includes a second conductive region and a second insulating region; the first conductive region and the second conductive region both comprise a plurality of metal grids formed by metal wires, wherein the plurality of metal grids are embedded random metal grids with irregular shape; the probability density of the slope of the metal wires of the first conductive region being adjacent to a horizontal direction is larger than the probability density of the slope of the metal wires of the first conductive region being adjacent to a longitudinal direction; the probability density of the slope of the metal wires of the second conductive region being adjacent to a longitudinal direction is larger than the probability density of the slope of the metal wires of the second conductive region being adjacent to a horizontal direction; and the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer are stacked in the thickness direction of the substrate and are separated and insulated from each other, and stacked metal grids, which is formed after stacking, are evenly distributed in each angle.
