Abstract

The production method is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) stir-frying 5 parts of black sesame in a pot for 5-10min; (2) adding water for soaking 5 parts of sticky rice and 5 parts of glutinous rice for 12h and then fishing out; (3) putting 2-3 parts of almond into a stirrer for being ground; (4) putting all materials into a grinding machine, adding 20-25 parts of water, 5-8 parts of sugar and 2 parts of salt, grinding for 5-7min; (5) stirring the black sesame paste prepared in the steps (1) to (4), heating to 90-95 DEG C, then standing for 25-30min, sterilizing and cooling.
