The multi-grade data node updating and synchronizing system comprises a temporary database establishing unit, a combination control unit, an updating control unit and a judging unit, wherein the temporary database establishing unit is used for controlling a plurality of mirror image servers to respectively establish temporary databases and storing updated data into the temporary databases; the combination control unit is used for controlling the mirror image servers on the same grade to respectively combine the data of all the temporary databases; the updating control unit is used for respectively updating the data in the databases of the mirror image servers on the same grade according to the combined data; the judging unit is used for judging whether father nodes exist in the mirror image servers on the same grade or not; if so, the combined data is transmitted to the mirror image servers corresponding to the father nodes.
