Abstract

The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, in particular to a non-periodic channel state information (CSI) transmission method, device and system, for solving the problem of large feedback signaling overhead existed in existing coordinated multi-point (CoMP) transmission. The non-periodic CSI transmission method in an embodiment of the present application comprises: a terminal determines, from all the CSI process sets allocated by a base station for the terminal and notified to the terminal, a CSI process required to be processed this time according to the received instruction information transmitted by the base station; conducting measurement according to each CSI process required to be processed this time to obtain corresponding CSIs; selecting from all CSIs at least one CSI as CSI reporting information, and transmitting the CSI reporting information to the base station. The embodiment of the present application reduces the feedback signaling overhead fed back by a non-periodic CSI and ensures CoMP gain at the same time.
