Abstract

The piston cooling system mainly comprises pistons, a connecting rod, one-way valves and radiators, wherein the pistons on the two sides are rigidly connected with the connecting rod to form a piston assembly; an oil duct is formed in the piston assembly; an oil chamber is arranged in any position of the oil duct; the one-way valves move left and right in the oil chamber; the radiators are fixed between air cylinders and generators; through holes are formed in the middles of the radiators, and used for passing of the connecting rod; radiating fins are arranged on the surfaces of the radiators; the interiors of the radiators are hollow, and are used for storing cooling oil; and an oil inlet and an oil outlet are formed at contact parts of the cooling oil in the connecting rod and the radiators. The system performs oil pumping by virtue of inertia of the one-way valves, and requires no additional driving device; circulation of the cooling oil is achieved by the oil duct in the piston assembly; and heat loads of a whole piston connecting rod group and a linear generator are reduced.
