Abstract

The invention develops an urban power grid program comprehensive assessment system based on a gray analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, the system utilizes Delphi expert consulting method to determine main factors which influence power network programming, and integrates basic ideas of the analytic hierarchy process to form a complete power grid program assessment index system comprising a plurality of hierarchies. Then an analytic hierarchy process is utilized to respectively calculate the weight of attributes of the end of the system. Secondly, a plurality of experts are selected to carry out marking on a power network program related to the weight of the attributes of the end of the system, and then the gray analytic hierarchy process is utilized to calculate the scores of the power network program given by the experts, and further weight coefficients of the selected experts are determined based on an entropy weight method. At last, comprehensive and integral scores of the power network program are obtained through utilizing a weighting method. The higher the comprehensive scores, the better the power network program is shown to be, that is to say, a programmed power network reaches a high level in terms of four aspects of adaptability, safety, economy, and environmental property.
