The atmospheric electric field detection device is mainly used for detecting the field intensity of an atmospheric electric field in real time; the data processing device is connected with the atmospheric electric field detection device and the induction device; the induction device comprises a lightning arrester, a microwave generation circuit, an antenna and a grounding device; the thunder and lightning protection circuit protects the system from being damaged by lightning currents.
