Embodiment Construction

[0030] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0031] Such as figure 1 Shown, a kind of hip joint prosthesis proposed by the present invention comprises:

[0032] An acetabular cup 1 for fixing in the acetabulum;

[0033] The eccentric acetabular liner 2 for increasing the range of motion of the hip joint prosthesis is set in the acetabular cup 1;

[0034] The ball head 3 used to act as a cuboid bone is arranged in the eccentric acetabular lining 2;

[0035] A stable femoral handle 4 for fixation with the cu...

Abstract

The invention provides a hip joint prosthesis and solves the problems that parts of fastening nails of bone grafts in periacetabular osteotomy interfere with a hip joint prosthesis to cause fixing inconvenience of the bone grafts or the hip joint prosthesis and further to cause the impossibility of reaching an optimum fixing position in the prior art and that an existing total hip femoral prosthesis is not applicable to all DDH (Developmental Dysplasia Of The Hip) patients. The hip joint prosthesis comprises an acetabular cup for fixing inside an acetabulum, an eccentric acetabular liner for increasing the range of motion of the hip joint prosthesis and arranged inside the acetabular cup, a ball heat playing the role of a femoral head and arranged inside the eccentric acetabular liner and a stable femoral stem for being fixed onto a cuboid and connected with the ball head. By means of the above technical scheme, the hip joint prosthesis can be arranged in the optimum fixing position and meets the requirements on prostheses required by operations of the DDH patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a hip joint prosthesis suitable for DDH patients. Background technique [0002] Developmental dislocation of the hip (developmental dislocation of the hip) was renamed congenital dislocation of the hip (congenital dislocation of the hip) by the North American Pediatric Orthopedic Society in 1992, also known as developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). Its incidence rate, according to statistics, is 9.1-13.3‰ in the United States, 9-12‰ in northern Italy, and 2.3‰ in Southampton, UK. There is still a lack of comprehensive census data in my country, with Shanghai at 0.91‰, Beijing at 3.8‰, Hong Kong at 0.07‰, and China Medical University at 1.75‰. Among the patients, 80% to 90% are girls, and the ratio of male to female in our country is 1:4.75. [0003] At present, for patients with congenital dysplasia of the hip, periacetabular osteotomy plus total hip replacement is a...
