Abstract

The invention discloses an analog-signal interlocking protective controller used for a neutral-beam injector. The controller includes an analog-signal input module, a threshold setting module, a control bus, a communication module, an interlocking protective logic control module and a control-signal output module. An FPGA is adopted as a main controller of the analog-signal interlocking protective controller to receive external commands and manually set commands of the communication module and through control of the analog-signal input module and the threshold setting module, high-speed and reliable output of interlocking protective control signals of a hardware level is realized. The analog-signal interlocking protective controller used for the neutral-beam injector is capable of solving problems of high-speed interlocking protection and remote control, in which analog signals on a fusiondevice take part so that remote and local reliable control of interlocking protective control logic is realized. The controller is flexible to apply and is also widely applicable to other control application fields of interlocking protective control which has high analog-signal protective requirements.
