CAE analysis meshes on the piston pin hole part are divided into hexahedral meshes, the hexahedral meshes are high in quality and uniform in density, contact analysis operation can be easily converged, the number of the hexahedral meshes is smaller than the number of tetrahedral meshes, and therefore high processing speed can be acquired, a more accurate analysis result can be acquired, and the solving speed of CAE analysis of the piston is higher.
