Abstract

A sectional type cooling process conducted after hot rolling is adopted, the sizes and volume fractions of ferrite and a martensite island are accurately controlled, and a hot rolled dual-phase steel belt with the yield ratio of 0.45-0.49 and tensile strength of 630-670 MPa is provided. The thickness of the steel belt is 2.5-4.0 mm, the percentage elongation of the steel belt is 26-29%, and the steel belt is applicable to the manufacturing of a stamped spoke.
