The invention provides an undervoltage-overvoltage protection device which comprises an overvoltage detection circuit, an undervoltage detection circuit, a conversion circuit and a switch element, wherein a trigger signal is generated after an input of the overvoltage detection circuit, higher than a first predetermined threshold is delayed, and a single-phase line sampling voltage is coupled to the input; the undervoltage detection circuit is used for generating an undervoltage indication signal when detecting that the line sampling voltage is lower than a second predetermined threshold; the conversion circuit is used for converting the undervoltage indication signal into a pseudo overvoltage output higher than the first predetermined threshold, and the pseudo overvoltage output is coupled to the input of the overvoltage detection circuit in a manner of being subjected to or operation together with the line sampling voltage; the switch element is conducted in response to the trigger signal, so that a tripping action is performed by a trip coil connected with the switch element.
