A forward seat and a backward seat are mounted in the operating cab, and working ends corresponding to the forward seat and the backward seat are a vehicle driving end and a loading device operating end respectively. Carriage linear actuators are connected between the vehicle chassis and the carriage, and two ends of each carriage linear actuator are hinged to the vehicle chassis and the carriage respectively through a first rotation pair and a second rotation pair. The loading device comprises movable arms, connecting rods, swing arms, tie rods, a bucket, moving-arm linear actuators, connecting-rod linear actuators and bucket linear actuators. By the integrated sanitation vehicle, the defect that common garbage trucks in urban construction cannot collect piled bulk household garbage and large and heavy construction waste rapidly, effectively and automatically is made up, only one operator can complete all operations remaining within the vehicle, and garbage collection is efficient and automated.
