The invention provides a movable sludge drying device which is shakeproof when a trailer moves for carrying and has good allocation. In the invention, the movable sludge drying device has an agglutinant unit, a dehydration unit, a boiler unit, and a drying unit. The agglutinant unit possesses an agglutinant unit tank used for storing an agglutinant unit solution; the dehydration unit possesses a dehydration device used for adding the sludge supplied from the external part with the agglutinant unit solution supplied by the agglutinant unit; the dehydration device dehydrates the sludge; the boiler unit possesses a boiler supplied with soup and degassed soft water and generating high temperature steam; the drying unit possesses a drying device used for drying the sludge dehydrated by the dehydration unit by the high temperature steam supplied by the boiler unit; the drying device discharges the dried sludge. The central part of a container assembled on a vehicle trailer is provided with the drying unit and the dehydration unit, two sides of which are provided with the agglutinant unit and the boiler unit.
