Embodiment 1

[0023] (1) Preparation of tea samples: 40 tea samples were collected, 100 grams each, numbered and packed in aluminum foil sample bags; sealed and refrigerated.

[0024] (2) Acquisition of near-infrared spectra: Based on Workflow, standard workflow (SOP) and analysis methods were set to collect diffuse reflectance spectra of tea samples. The specific method is to place the tea samples in the instrument-specific quartz opening sample cup (4.78cm diameter), and rotate the sample cup during collection to reduce the error caused by sample inhomogeneity. The acquisition parameters are: the number of scans is 64, the resolution is 8cm-1, and the spectral range is 10000-3800cm-1. High-sensitivity InGaAs detector, automatically collect background, see attached figure 1 .

[0025] (3) Diffuse reflectance spectrum spectral preprocessing: In order to reduce the spectral baseline shift caused by physical properties including sample size, uniformity and color, etc., and improve the abili...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting main components in tea leaves by adopting near infrared spectrum. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a tea leaf sample: collecting tea leaf samples, numbering, and packaging into an aluminum foil sample bag; and sealing and refrigerating; (2) collecting near infrared spectrum: setting an SOP (standard operation procedure) and an analyzing method based on Workflow, and collecting a tea leaf sample diffuse reflection spectrum chart; (3) pretreating the diffuse reflection spectrum: carrying out 'first or second derivative + Norris denoising' treatment on the spectrum chart; (4) establishing a model: establishing a mathematical model relevant to the near infrared spectrum chart and data measured by the same sample by a standard method by utilizing special chemometrics software; and (5) verifying the model: measuring a new tea leaf sample on a near infrared instrument according to a method completely same with the second step, measuring by utilizing the model established by the fourth step, and comparing with the result measured according to an international standard method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting main components in tea, in particular to a method for rapidly detecting main components in tea by using near-infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] The chemical composition of tea is complex. According to the national standard, in the process of tea production and inspection, it is necessary to analyze the water content, tea polyphenols, amino acids and other indicators in the tea. Determination of these indicators requires complex chemical methods, such as liquid chromatography, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, balance and oven, and other instruments. Sample analysis must be carried out under laboratory conditions, and the test report will take several days to complete. Obtained, and the sample to be tested needs to be ground or other pre-treatment before testing, which will virtually destroy the internal structure of the sample, and will affect the content of internal substances, whi...
