The invention also provides a preparation method of the thermal insulation material. The perlite is light in mass and large in volume, can replace a large portion of foamed polyurethane volume, while the polyurethane is added into the system for adhesivepolymerization, and by use of the technical scheme of the thermal insulation material, the polyurethane foaming cost is saved by 30-50%, compared with conventional polyurethane foaming cost.
