Abstract

A method for detecting an abnormal ingredient in a subsidiary agricultural product comprises the followings: collecting a reflection or transmission infrared signal of a to-be-detected subsidiary agricultural product sample, transmitting the infrared signal to a near-infrared spectroscopy, acquiring a near infrared spectrum data matrix of the to-be-detected subsidiary agricultural product sample through light splitting and detecting, using nonlinear iteration partial least squares in chemometrics for the near infrared spectrum data matrix to extract the main ingredient, calculating a first mahalanobis distance between the main ingredient data matrix and a main ingredient data matrix of a known subsidiary agricultural product sample containing no abnormal ingredient, calculating a second mahalanobis distance between the main ingredient data matrix of the to-be-detected subsidiary agricultural product sample and the main ingredient data matrix of the known subsidiary agricultural product sample containing the abnormal ingredient, and judging whether the to-be-detected subsidiary agricultural product contains the abnormal ingredient according to the first mahalanobis distance and the second mahalanobis distance. The invention further discloses a device for detecting the abnormal ingredient in the subsidiary agricultural product.
