A lower bottom face of the cuboid is divided into three areas, wherein the first area is a mouse body placing area; the second areas is a radiotherapy area; the third are is a claw-part pulling area; the three areas are separated by two baffles; a plurality of semi-circular-arc holes are arranged in an area of each baffle, close to the lower bottom face; and projections are arranged at positions of the third area, corresponding to the semi-circular-arc holes so that the projections and the semi-circular-arc are distributed at the same line. The size of the mouse lower-limb radioactivity ORN model construction device undergoes a plurality of tests and division of the three areas is precise and accurate so that healthy tissue of mouse non-radiotherapy areas can be protected effectively and thus mouse ORN model construction is helped. The device is capable of performing construction of a plurality of mouse lower-limb ORN models at the same time so that model construction time is saved and radiotherapy cost is also saved.
