Abstract

The invention discloses a PVDF-HFP / CB (poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) / carbon black) piezoelectric composite film and a preparation method thereof. The piezoelectric composite film comprises PVDF-HFP and a carbon black particle, wherein 0.05-0.8 percent by weight of carbon black particle is added in a PVDF-HFP matrix. The preparation method comprises the steps: 1, mixing and stirring the carbon black particle with a solvent to prepare a turbid liquid, adding the PVDF-HFP to prepare a PVDF-HFP solution through stirring so that a mixture is fully mixed; 2, stirring the mixed solution for above 10 min in a planetary stirrer, defoaming for above 2 min; 3, pouring the solution on a hot aluminum plate, heating, removing the solvent to obtain a pre-crystallized film; 4, stretching the pre-crystallized film in a universal tester at a temperature of about 55-65 DEG C; and 5, performing step polarization on the film.
