Problems solved by technology

At present, there are many detection methods for avian influenza. In the classic influenza virus etiological diagnosis method, the research on virus isolation and its biological characteristics is the most feasible and can explain the problem. Embryo or tissue culture takes a long time (a few days to a week), which cannot meet the needs of emergency prevention and control of acute severe infectious diseases. At the same time, due to the potential danger of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infecting mammals, the The operation needs to be carried o

Abstract

The invention discloses a RT-LAMP (Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification) primer group for N9-subtype avian influenza virus detection and a detection method as well as an application of the RT-LAMP primer group. The primer group comprises a pair of outer primers, a pair of inner primers and a pair of annular primers, wherein the sequences of the outer primer pair are respectively as shown in SEQ ID No.1 and 2, the sequences of the inner primer pair are respectively as shown in SEQ ID No.3 and 4, and the sequences of the annular primer pair are respectively as shown in SEQ ID No. 5 and 6. The primer group can be used for preparing a kit specific to N9-subtype avian influenza virus detection. The kit comprises a reaction mixture, enzyme mixed liquid, double distilled water, a fluorescence detection agent and the primer group disclosed by the invention. The kit has the characteristics of little dosage, strong specificity, high sensibility, rapidness, accuracy and the like and provides a simple and effective early-stage rapid diagnosis approach for an N9-subtype avian influenza prevention and control early-warning mechanism.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method for avian influenza virus and belongs to the detection field of avian influenza virus. Background technique [0002] The outbreak and prevalence of avian influenza have caused huge economic losses to the animal husbandry and posed a serious threat to human health. Among the HA subtypes of avian influenza, only the H5 and H7 subtypes are highly pathogenic to birds (Alexander DJ, 1995), called highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), this type of virus It can cause 100% mortality in chicken flocks, and is identified as a Class A infectious disease by OIE (Truszczynsky et al, 2000). The natural hosts of influenza A virus are wild waterfowl, gulls and shore birds, and domestic ducks are also a huge reservoir of AIVs, and are also considered to be an important intermediate host for the transmission of AIVs from natural hosts to poultry. Many poultry such as chickens, turkeys, guinea fowls, quails, ducks, and ge...
