The fixing device of the bearing thermal probe comprises a clamping structure which is used for clamping the thermal probe and has elasticity, a supporting seat used for supporting the clamping structure, and a compressing structure used for compressing the clamping structure. The clamping structure is provided with a mounting through hole used for allowing the thermal probe to penetrate through, and the bottom end of the thermal probe is in contact with the outer surface of a bearing ring. The supporting seat is fixedly arranged at the stepped position in the mounting hole, and the clamping structure is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat. The compressing structure is tightly pressed on the clamping structure, so that the pressure for clamping the thermal probe is applied to the clamping structure. The fixing device is mounted in the mounting hole of the bearing pedestal, a hole does not need to be formed in equipment at the outer end of the bearing pedestal additionally, and mounting is simple and convenient.
