Abstract

Disclosed are a testing device and testing method for leakage of a paper air permeability detector. The testing device comprises a liquid soap box, a rubber ball arranged on the liquid soap box and a soap film flowmeter formed by a glass tube with scale marks, and an air inlet tube is connected with the lower portion of the glass tube. The testing device is characterized in that a pressing branch tube is additionally arranged on the upper portion of the glass tube, and an air inflating needle barrel is connected with the other end of the pressing branch tube. The leakage condition of the paper air permeability detector can be tested through the device, and the leakage amount of the detector can be calculated. Compared with other air flow measurement equipment, the soap film flowmeter adopted in the device is low in cost and high in measurement precision. The testing method is easy to operate, visual and accurate in detection result, good in universality and capable of being suitable for the leakage detection of paper air permeability detectors of different factories.
