Problems solved by technology

[0004] In view of the above defects or improvement needs of the prior art, the present invention provides a method for optimizing the mechanical processing process chain for energy efficiency improvement, in which the energy consumption analysis model can be constructed by combining the energy consumption characteristics of the mechanical processing itself, and the energy consumption can be accurately determined Bottleneck process and on this basis form a series of alternative process chains with higher energy efficiency, correspondingly enabling the entire mechanical processing process to be optimized from the perspective of energy efficiency while meeting technical feasibility and processing accuracy; Applying the entropy weight method and multi-attribute decision-making method to the optimization process of the alternative process chain can not only effectively avoid the subjectivity problem in the index weight, but also realize the coordinated optimization of multiple evaluation indexes to the greatest extent, thereby significantly improving The overall energy efficiency level of the final determined process chain

Abstract

The invention discloses a machining process chain optimization method for energy efficiency improvement. The method includes the steps that an energy consumption analysis model is established, on the basis of the model, energy consumption bottleneck processes are recognized from all processes forming process chains, and then machining process feature sets corresponding to the energy consumption bottleneck processes are determined respectively; replaceable machining process features are found out and configured to be the machining processes which are relatively lower in energy consumption, and therefore a series of alternative process chains are generated; optimization processing is conducted on the alternative process chains by the adoption of the entropy weight method and the multi-attribute decision method, the process chain with the optimal energy efficiency is selected to serve as an optimization result, and therefore the whole optimization process of the machining process chain is completed. According to the method, the machining process chain with optimal energy efficiency performance can be obtained, meanwhile the machining efficiency is greatly improved, the workpiece machining period is shortened, the product cost is lowered, and therefore the method is particularly suitable for the occasions of precision machining or industrial machining of various workpieces.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical processing, and more specifically relates to an optimization method of a mechanical processing process chain for energy efficiency improvement. Background technique [0002] The modern machinery manufacturing industry puts forward higher and higher requirements for the precision, energy consumption and process control of machining. As far as the entire processing process of various workpieces is concerned, it is generally composed of multiple processes, and there are more or less internal links between some of the processes; these internally linked processes are like multiple processes in a chain. The links are interrelated and affect each other. In the industry, a series of processes directly related to one or more inspection indicators of the workpiece in the entire processing process is usually called a process chain. It is obvious that if the whole process can be systematically analyzed, a...
