Abstract

The method comprises the steps that when a service platform needs to inquire about arrearage information of the user, an open platform conducts authentication on the service platform, converts a received request message into a signaling message in an adaptive mode, and sends the signaling message to a signaling through connection point; the signaling through connection point routes the received message to an HLR corresponding to the user according to identification information of the inquired user; the HLR processes the adapted request message, arrearage lock information of the user is carried in a response message, and the response message is returned to the open platform through the signaling through connection point; the open platform converts the received response message into an application interface message, and returns the application interface message to the service platform. According to the technical scheme, the open platform can be connected to the signaling through connection point by means of a signaling network, and the arrearage state of the user can be conveniently inquired about when the service platform needs to inquire about the arrearage state of the user.
