Abstract

The fabric dyeing process comprises steps of: (1) preparing natural nontoxic dye according to a ratio, (2) pouring the natural nontoxic dye into a dye vat, and putting fabric into the dye vat so as to fully dip the fabric, (3) heating the dye vat to 60-70 DEG C and maintaining the temperature for 3 h, and (4) taking the fully colored fabric out and drying in a dryer. The process is simple and easily understood, adopts the natural nontoxic dye, and is free of pollution to the environment after dyeing. The produced fabric is soft, comfortable, nonirritating to skin, and largely improved in waterproofness, air permeability and damp permeability.
